Pay Range: 48-55/hr w/ a $7500 Sign-on Bonus

licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide full-time care at our trusted partner facility, Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab in Millersburg, PA. This is a meaningful opportunity to guide residents through rehabilitation, restore mobility, and help them reclaim their independence all within a supportive and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:- Evaluate patients and develop personalized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered interventions
- Track progress, update goals, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Ensure services meet Revital's high standards for quality, documentation, and ethical care
Qualifications:- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient advocacy mindset
