Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time
New London Rehab & Care of Waterford
Waterford, CT
$45-$50/hour

LTC Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting, helping them improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide treatment focused on mobility, gait training, transfers, strengthening, balance, endurance, and pain management
