Qualifications

• Master's/Doctor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Ohio.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Completed FBI and BCI background check (can be done upon hire).
• Current Ohio Department of Education Certification (can be obtained upon hire).
• Professional Liability Insurance recommended by governing body.
• Positive, goal-oriented attitude with a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations of patients.
• Design individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Provide therapy based on treatment plans, monitoring and adjusting as needed.
• Document and analyze patient progress and treatment effects.
• Educate families about individualized treatment plans and provide training.
• Collaborate with families and staff including physicians and therapists.
• Create and submit reports with recommendations ensuring accuracy.
