Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Type: Fulltime, Non-Exempt
Job Schedule: Days, 32 - 40 hours per week, Weekend and Holiday rotation
*Collective Bargaining Agreement (Union)

How you27ll contribute

The Physical Therapist (PT) in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital is responsible for evaluating and treating patients with injuries, illnesses, or functional impairments to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall independence. This role develops individualized treatment plans and delivers targeted therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing strength, balance, and functional movement. The PT collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support patient progress and discharge planning, while providing education to patients and caregivers on ongoing care and home exercise programs. Accurate and timely documentation, along with adherence to regulatory and safety standards, is essential. Strong clinical skills and the ability to build rapport with patients are critical to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic rehab setting.
