Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
• Current state PT license in Colorado
• Experience creating outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation treatment plans
• Ability to work independently in a clinical environment
• Passion for treating vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patients
• Minimum of 1 year in an outpatient neuro/ortho or vestibular rehab setting
• Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients
• Assist patients in achieving rehabilitation goals, such as pain-free mobility
• Collaborate with team members, including the Chief Clinical Officer, for comprehensive care
• Educate and motivate patients in their home exercise programs
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation
• Engage in ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing with colleagues
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture that values patient care and team spirit
