HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our compassionate, mission-driven rehabilitation team at:

Join a dynamic rehabilitation program within a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) where you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the continuum of care. This role combines the rewarding relationships of senior living with the clinical variety of outpatient and post-acute rehabilitation, helping residents maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life.

 

You’ll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team in a community-focused environment where therapy is about more than treating an injury—it’s about helping individuals remain active, engaged, and independent in the place they call home.

Compensation
  • $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Competitive pay: $48–$53/hour, based on experience
  • Full-time opportunity with Part-Time/PRN options also available
