Overview

HealthPro Heritage has a great full-time or part-time Physical Therapist Opportunity in Boulder, CO.

  • Need: Seeking a therapist available for weekend and weekday support
  • Hours: full-time for 30-40 hours per week or part-time for 15-20 hours per week
  • Compensation: $46-$60 per hour, depending on status and experience
  • Setting: Therapy program that provides skilled therapy services to the residents of the Independent living, Assisted living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing Community.
  • Additional Information: Beautiful facilities, including a high functioning outpatient clinic - This position will primarily be for the SNF/ LTC setting, with potential for AL/IL/ Outpatient visits.
