Overview

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at a premier Retirement Community in Barrington, IL. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-quality, resident-centered environment while enjoying competitive pay, strong benefits, and clinical variety.

In this role, you’ll provide exceptional therapy services across Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings, with the opportunity to support an additional nearby community.

Position Highlights
  • Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Setting: Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing

  • Location: Barrington, IL

  • Coverage: Float to Palatine

  • Wage Range: $47–$52 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
