Full Job Description
We are currently seeking an exceptional State Board Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in an Outpatient Clinical Director position.

This is a full-time and fully benefitted position.

In a Clinic Director position, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of a Burger owned facility in the Sacramento region, specifically Natomas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Ensures appropriate staff & patient scheduling for efficient operation of facility.
  • Monitors clinical standards and makes program/staffing recommendations.
  • Assures efficiency of Clinical staff per company standards and reviews existing programs.
  • Is available for on-call service and performs as a staff therapist, according to their discipline, as assigned or as needed as well as performing other tasks as assigned.
  • Ensures clinic orientation of all new staff. Ensures training of other staff as identified.
  • Conducts chart audits/staff observations to ensure compliance w/standards of car.
  • Facilitates the development, implementation, and monitoring of new programs and systems to promote efficiency and growth for the Company.
  • Responsible for compliance of fed/state regulations regarding to the clinic.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university or the foreign equivalent
  • California state licensed Physical Therapist

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university. Must be a state licensed therapist. Substantial outpatient clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred. Ability to set goals, priorities, and meet deadlines in a self-directed environment.
