Compensation & Earning Potential- Negotiable pay-per-visit model: $70+ per visit + Medicare differential pay

Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
- Complete documentation using streamlined technology

Qualifications- Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license
