Physical Therapist at St Joseph Hospital Eureka. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour Day Shifts.

Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka

The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing on-going treatments that are designed to improve the patient's functional status in conjunction with overall treatment objectives.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university, or
  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university.
  • Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year experience
