Provides services to inpatients, outpatients and HHC clients and long-term care residents. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with hospital standards and guidelines established by the American Physical Therapy Association in conjunction with regulatory requirements of both federal and state agencies.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or
- Ph.D. in Physical Therapy.
- Upon hire: Alaska Physical Therapist License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.
