Job DescriptionPerforms independent evaluations for musculoskeletal and neurological patients, formulates treatment plans and goals for all patients seen in department; performs physical therapy procedures and modalities; directs care provided by physical therapy assistants. Works at varied clinic locations as needed.
Required Qualifications: - Coursework/Training - Graduate of an APTA approved physical therapy program.
- Coursework/Training - Completion of a clinical internship.
- Coursework/Training - Advanced training in evidence based physical therapy practice.
- Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in ambulatory setting.
