Midtown Oaks Post Acute is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing rehabilitation team in Sacramento.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities
  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting
