prioritize 40-minute, one-on-one sessions, giving you the time and focus to deliver real impact. You'll work alongside a
skilled PT team and use advanced tools that set FYZICAL apart from traditional outpatient practices.
Responsibilities - Conduct thorough evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide patient care across orthopedic, vestibular, neurologic, and geriatric populations, with sessions that prioritize one-on-one attention
- Incorporate advanced tools such as our overhead safety system, vestibular goggles, and Normatec Recovery to help patients safely achieve more in therapy
- Document efficiently with Prompt EMR and AI-driven tools, freeing you to focus on patient care
- Educate patients and families for long-term independence and fall prevention
- Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and staff to deliver excellent patient experiences
- Participate in community outreach, including fall-prevention and wellness programs
Qualifications- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; empathetic and patient-centered
- Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new grads welcome
- Interested in a case mix of 60% balance/vestibular, 40% orthopedic/musculoskeletal
