OverviewWe're seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) or Fellowship (FAAOMPT) trained Clinician who is passionate about delivering evidence-based care while also helping develop the next generation of clinicians. If you naturally find yourself coaching teammates or guiding students in the clinic, this role is a strong fit! You'll play a key role in mentorship and development, working alongside a team that values clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth. With an average of 12 patients per day and a structured scheduling model that allows autonomy you'll be able to lead by example and provide truly excellent care.

Responsibilities- Serving as a mentor to early-career therapists and students, helping translate knowledge into confident, high-quality practice.
- Partner with leadership on clinical development initiatives.
- Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) or Fellowship (FAAOMPT) trained Clinician.
AboutCompensation: $86K-99K + Sign On Bonus of up to $10K + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year + PRN pay for Saturday Clinics making an additional ~$2k or more per year, and virtually unlimited CEUs!
