OverviewPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Ortho/Oncology

Incentives: Up to $20,000 Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Compensation: Salaried, starting at $85,000/year and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Bonus and Student Loan Repayment
Our Banner Physical Therapy center in Payson, AZ is looking for a licensed physical therapist with a special interest in oncology to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time basis as part of our growing ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program. We currently have a team of 2 full-time PTs, 1 PTA and 1 OT who treat a diverse patient caseload. Caseload will be primarily orthopedics with the opportunity to work alongside the ReVital program director to grow the oncology caseload.

ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Our vision is to establish comprehensive cancer rehabilitation as a standard of care for people affected by cancer. Our network of 900+ specially trained, multidisciplinary therapists work closely with oncologists and people affected by cancer to create personalized rehabilitation plans.
Responsibilities
- Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
- Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
- Complete and maintain required trainings
- Maintain compliance with government regulations
- Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
- Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certified
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
