About the Job

North 40 Physical Therapy has an opportunity for a full or part-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Casper, Wyoming. We seek candidates eager to grow professionally in orthopedic areas while developing community and professional alliances. Mentoring and team collaboration are at our core, as we help each therapist provide high-quality, patient-centered care. We encourage and financially support specialist certification and fellowship training, offering an excellent opportunity to work with highly skilled therapists in a dynamic environment. The Clinical Director, with over 13 years of extensive Physical Therapy outpatient experience, leads our 1-year onboarding program to provide continuous experiences for learning and development.

Our multidisciplinary team works together to learn from one another. They are caring, compassionate, create their own processes, solve problems and work to be their best every day.

The Roles & Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Include:

  • Performing comprehensive evaluations and delivering individualized therapy treatment.
  • Providing 1:1 patient care on a scheduled basis (40-60 minute sessions).
  • Educating parents and caregivers on therapeutic home programs.
  • Completing all clinical documentation and notes accurately and timely.

  • Able to be licensed as a Physical Therapist in Montana.

Compensation:

  • Full-time salary: 40 hours/week: $ 80,000 - $ 100,000/year depending upon demonstrable skill sets and years of working experience
  • Part-time hourly rate: $ 50.00 - $ 60/hr depending upon demonstrable skill sets and years of working experience
