Job Description- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans that promote timely recovery and long-term wellness
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and healthy movement strategies
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture focused on excellent patient outcomes
QualificationsWe're looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping others and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
Our ideal candidate:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to employment
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding clinical outcomes
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously develop as a clinician
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
