Manages clinical operations and staff while providing high quality patient care. Evaluates patients, plans andimplements an effective patient focused physical therapy program utilizing standard and specialized treatmenttechniques, effectively communicates and documents information regarding patients. Establishes and initiatesdischarge plans as necessary. Consistently evaluates outcome of care and provides continuous monitoring of patients' needs making appropriate modifications in the treatment plan. Maintain a high level of professionalexpertise and assume responsibility for professional growth and development.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCEGraduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy ProgramOne to Two years of inpatient and outpatient physical therapy experience in an acute hospital and /or rehabilitation department and/or outpatient clinic setting preferred; may consider a new grad.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONSCurrent California Physical Therapist License RequiredBCLS certificate required
