Qualifications

• More than 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in Acute/Inpatient Rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with standard physical therapy techniques
• Ability to conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Proven ability to collaborate with patients and families on care plans

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments to evaluate conditions
• Establish and revise care plans tailored to patient needs
• Implement therapy interventions using standard techniques
• Supervise activities of physical therapy assistants and support staff
• Ensure compliance with patient care standards in an acute setting
• Be available for some holidays and one weekend a month
