Position: Full-Time
Salary: $90K to $110K a year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Summary:We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide hands-on treatment and structured rehabilitation support. You will work with patients dealing with pain, limited mobility, injury recovery, or post-surgical needs, helping them build strength and function through clear, individualized care plans.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, and range of motion
- Build therapy plans that match each patient's condition
- Guide patients through exercises and functional movement activities
- Provide manual therapy and other appropriate treatment techniques
- Review progress and make changes to care plans when necessary
- Educate patients on recovery habits and injury prevention
- Maintain complete and timely clinical records
Requirements- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
- Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation care preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Ability to work well with patients and clinical staff
