Full-Time Physical Therapist in Weatherby Lake, MO to join a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is focused on helping patients improve strength, movement, flexibility, balance, and daily function through individualized physical therapy care.
The clinic treats patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including injury recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation, mobility concerns, weakness, pain, and functional movement limitations. Patients range from
11 to 90 years old, giving this role a strong mix of clinical variety and patient care experience.

Preferred Schedule OptionsOption 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Tuesday off each week
Option 2: Monday-Friday Schedule- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Clinic Information- Patient Volume: 7-15 patients per day
- Clinic Volume: Approximately 160-190 patient visits per week
- Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
- EMR System: WebPT
- Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old
- Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and identify strength, mobility, pain, balance, and function concerns
- Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, strengthening, and functional rehabilitation
- Treat orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical cases, and movement limitations
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, recovery expectations, and safe movement habits
- Track patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Complete accurate documentation using WebPT
- Collaborate with PTAs and other clinical staff to support consistent patient care
Requirements- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills
- Ability to work with patients across a wide age range
