Physical Therapist

Independence, MO
Full-Time
$90,000-$100,000 per year, based on experience

A Closer Look at the Opportunity

A modern outpatient orthopedic clinic in Independence is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its clinical team. This role involves working with patients across a wide age range, from adolescents to older adults, who need help with orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical recovery, weakness, balance concerns, and mobility limitations.

You will be part of a team that includes 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, giving you a collaborative setting while still allowing you to manage your own caseload and treatment plans.

What You Can Expect
  • 7-15 patients per day
  • Approximately 160-190 visits per week across the clinic
  • Orthopedic and musculoskeletal caseload
  • Patients ranging from 11 to 90 years old
  • WebPT for EMR documentation
  • Support from PTAs and fellow clinicians
  • Modern outpatient clinic environment

Preferred Schedule Choices

Preferred Schedule: Four 10-Hour Days
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Tuesday off each week

Alternative Schedule: Monday-Friday
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Wednesday and Friday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Core Responsibilities
