Annual Salary: $90,000-$100,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Physical Therapist position is designed for a clinician who wants to help patients improve movement, strength, balance, and daily function through structured, goal-based care. You will work with patients who may be recovering from injuries, surgeries, pain conditions, or physical setbacks. The role includes patient evaluation, treatment planning, hands-on care, exercise instruction, documentation, and regular progress review.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical abilities, movement patterns, pain levels, and functional limits
- Build care plans that support recovery, mobility, and long-term function
- Lead patients through therapeutic exercises, stretching, strengthening, and functional activities
- Provide manual therapy and other appropriate interventions within scope of practice
- Reassess progress and update goals throughout the treatment process
- Educate patients on safe movement, posture, home exercises, and prevention strategies
- Complete documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
Requirements- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Missouri
- Previous outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full patient schedule while maintaining quality care
