Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Job Overview

We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Delray Beach, Florida. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working closely with patients and wants a schedule that supports both career growth and work-life balance.

You will evaluate patients, build treatment plans, provide hands-on care, and help people regain strength, mobility, and function after injury, surgery, or ongoing pain.

Quick Details

Pay: $90K-$110K per year, depending on experience
Schedule Options: 4-day schedule or Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Patient Load: 2 patients per hour
Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office
Ownership: PT-owned

Responsibilities
  • Perform orthopedic and functional evaluations
  • Develop care plans that support patient recovery and long-term movement goals
  • Provide treatment for pain, injuries, surgical recovery, weakness, and mobility issues
  • Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and functional activities
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans when needed
  • Educate patients on exercises, posture, movement habits, and recovery expectations
  • Complete documentation accurately and on schedule
  • Collaborate with PTAs and other clinical team members

Requirements
  • Current FL PT License
