Physical Therapist to provide hands-on care in a patient-focused setting. This role is ideal for a PT who wants time to treat well, build strong patient relationships, and work in a clinic that values quality over high-volume care.
You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, guide recovery, and help people return to daily activities, work, sports, and movement with confidence.
Position DetailsSetting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office
Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour
Schedule: Flexible - 4-day work schedule or Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience

Responsibilities- Evaluate patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, recovery timelines, and injury prevention
- Complete clear and timely documentation
- Collaborate with PTAs and clinic staff to support smooth patient care
- Help maintain a positive and professional clinic environment
Requirements- Active Florida Physical Therapist License
- DPT or MSPT Degree
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome to apply
