What You'll Do- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatment
- Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness strategies
- Work collaboratively with a supportive interdisciplinary team
What We're Looking For- Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida (or in final stages of licensure)
- Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of patient care
- Team player who values collaboration and communication
- Willingness to learn and grow clinically and professionally
- Positive attitude and loves to have fun while delivering excellent care
- Experience in outpatient ortho, neuro, vestibular, or balance therapy is a plus (not required)
