Physical Therapist (Full Time) Hale Nani Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center | 1677 Pensacola St, Honolulu, HI 96822Compensation: Starting at $47-$60 per hour depending on licensure and experience
Schedule- Full-time, Part-time, and PRN/On-Call shifts are available

What You'll Do- Patient evaluation, exercise instruction, and pain management
- Develop individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals
- Provide equipment training and patient/family education
- Document patient progress accurately and on time
- Collaborate daily with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Support residents in regaining independence and quality of life
What We're Looking For- Licensed in Hawaii or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure
- Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program
- Experience in post acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred
