Full Job Description
Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time

CarePath Injury Centers of Pennsylvania
Ridley Park, PA (Delaware County) • Full-Time, Monday-Friday • $85,000-$105,000/year
New graduates are encouraged to apply.

The Role

As a full-time Physical Therapist at our Ridley Park clinic, you'll evaluate and treat patients recovering from work-related and accident-related injuries - orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and soft-tissue conditions - and help them return to function and to work.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough initial evaluations and establish individualized plans of care for WC and PI patients.
  • Deliver hands-on treatment including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities appropriate to injury recovery.
  • Document evaluations, progress, and functional outcomes to the objective, defensible standard our medical-legal caseload requires.
  • Track and measure functional progress in a way that clearly supports return-to-work and case objectives.
  • Communicate and collaborate with referring physicians, PAs, and case managers on shared patients.
  • Educate patients on their injuries, home programs, and recovery expectations.
  • Maintain compliance with PA regulatory, licensure, and HIPAA requirements.

What We're Looking For:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent PT degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
  • Active Pennsylvania PT license (or license-eligible/pending - new grads sitting for the NPTE are welcome).
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong documentation habits and comfort working in an EHR.
  • A patient-centered, team-oriented approach.

New graduates: We mean it. If you're finishing your DPT or recently licensed, we'll give you real mentorship and a structured caseload. Experience with workers' comp or personal injury is a plus but is not required - we'll teach you the medical-legal side.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. No weekends.
Location: Ridley Park, PA (Delaware County).
Pay: $85,000-$105,000 base salary per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits

Paid time off and paid holidays

Healthcare coverage equivalent
Continuing education support and licensure/renewal assistance
Structured mentorship for early-career therapists
Opportunities for advancement as we expand across Pennsylvania
