Full Job Description
Physical Therapist Needed for a Rehab Center in Milton, Massachusetts!

In this role, you will work with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and various physical conditions. You will assess their physical abilities, develop tailored rehabilitation programs, and implement therapeutic interventions that promote recovery and restore mobility. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

This is a full-time in-person position that offers a pay of $80 per hour, but the working hours can be flexible.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their needs and recovery goals.
  • Design and implement individualized rehabilitation plans based on assessment findings.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance patient recovery.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other therapists, physicians, and support staff to coordinate quality care.
