Full-Time | Outpatient Clinic | $90,000-$110,000/Year + Potential Sign-On BonusUS Foot & Ankle Specialists is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team. While many of our patients are recovering from foot and ankle conditions, injuries, or surgeries, you'll also work with a wide range of orthopedic and mobility challenges. Helping patients of all ages regain strength, function, and independence.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):- Perform evaluations, physical exams, and functional assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Accurately document evaluations, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes in the EMR.
- Collaborate with podiatrists, surgeons, and other providers for coordinated care.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and patient-focused clinic environment.
Qualifications:- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Washington (required)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Outpatient ortho/foot & ankle rehab experience a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
Compensation- $90,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience
- Potential sign-on bonus available for a qualified candidate who can start soon.
