Full Job Description
Full-Time | Outpatient Clinic | $90,000-$110,000/Year + Potential Sign-On Bonus

US Foot & Ankle Specialists is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team. While many of our patients are recovering from foot and ankle conditions, injuries, or surgeries, you'll also work with a wide range of orthopedic and mobility challenges. Helping patients of all ages regain strength, function, and independence.

This is a great opportunity for a compassionate PT who wants to make a real impact while working alongside podiatrists and a supportive care team.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
  • Perform evaluations, physical exams, and functional assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
  • Provide hands-on care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Accurately document evaluations, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes in the EMR.
  • Collaborate with podiatrists, surgeons, and other providers for coordinated care.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and patient-focused clinic environment.

Compensation
  • $90,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience
  • Potential sign-on bonus available for a qualified candidate who can start soon.
