Full Time OutpatientPhysical Therapist to join our team at Surprise Health & Rehabilitation. This unique position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by providing therapy services in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, independent living, and assisted living facilities. You will treat patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, often within the comfort of their homes.
Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balanceWage: $40 - $46/hour based on experienceFeel free to call or text Robert at (480) 708-0924 with any questions or to set up an interview.Duties: - Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
- Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
- Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
Qualifications:Physical Therapist license is required.
