Full Time Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program!
Pay Range: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour, based on experience.Flexible Scheduling: Options to support work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL functioning disorders; develop tailored plans of care.
- Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to inform clinical interventions.
- Provide rehabilitative treatments while adhering to regulatory standards.
- Administer rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining and therapeutic modalities.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed; document accordingly.
- Evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust services based on patient feedback, making referrals as necessary.
- Consult with patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and the healthcare team about patient progress.
- Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:Physical Therapist license is required.
