Full Job Description
SOL Physical Therapy, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partner, is looking for a contract or Per-Diem Physical Therapist four our Oakland- Montclair location.

Flex-time, full time, part-time

What Your Day Will Look Like

Your day is designed around patient-first, relationship-driven care-not volume for volume's sake.
  • Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care
  • Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care
  • Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes
  • Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
  • Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
  • Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to assist patients with transfers and mobility
