Overview

Join a high-performing outpatient physical therapy team where your growth is supported - earn $86K-$112K, a sign-on bonus, $250 commuting expense, parking on-site, and Up to $25K in Student Loan Repayment!

Join one of the largest outpatient PT clinics in the Bronx, where you'll treat a wide-ranging, complex caseload across multiple diagnoses while building strong hands-on skills in post-op knee and shoulder rehab, mobilizations, and progressive treatment planning in a highly supportive clinical environment. Work alongside a collaborative, no-ego team in a high-growth setting built for learning and development, with a consistent schedule that includes 2 evenings per week to support patient access and continuity of care.

Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week) with two mandatory evening shifts per week. Flexible set days based on need of clinic, with the schedule to be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

As a PT, You'll Achieve Success By:
  • Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
  • Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
  • Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
  • Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
  • Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
