Physical Therapist (PT)
$45-$50/hour | 1099
Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and individualized care plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and quality of life
Monitor patient progress, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with facility staff and the healthcare team
Requirements
Active and unrestricted California Physical Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Experience with geriatric, medically complex, or chronic-care patients preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
