Physical Therapist Floater - Full-Time
Home Care & Outpatient | $48-$52/Hour
Monday-Friday | 40 Hours/Week | NO Weekends
Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is looking for a Full-Time PT Floater to join our Continuum of Care team, providing both home care and outpatient therapy within Alden Assisted Living and Independent Living communities.
$48-$52/hour
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
NO weekends
Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM-6:00 PM
Home care + outpatient variety
Follow patients from evaluation through discharge
Paid travel time between visits
Mileage reimbursement
$200 monthly gas allowance

What You'll Do:
Provide PT services in Alden Assisted Living and Independent Living communities
Deliver individualized, patient-centered care
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team
Document home care in Homecare Homebase and outpatient services in TheraOffice
