What Our Therapists Do- Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
- Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
- Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
- Participate in or lead monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic and strive to achieve clinic goals.
- Attend meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
Requirements- Connecticut Physical Therapist License Required
- New Grads and Experienced Physical Therapists are welcome!
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Computer Literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus)
$100,000 - $120,000 a year
