Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient Therapy Center in Ridgefield, CT.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Physical Therapists and Board-Certified Clinical Specialists in a collaborative outpatient setting focused on orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation. It is an excellent opportunity for a PTA looking to expand their clinical skills in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.

What You'll Do- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety strategies
- Support a positive, patient-centered therapy experience
Qualifications- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Connecticut (or eligible)
- Interest in orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care

Compensation:The full time pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00 per hour and represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
