Your Responsibilities

As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:

• Provide skilled therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Monitor progress and communicate changes with the supervising PT
• Document visits using our user-friendly electronic medical record

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance

Home health experience is NOT required.

New graduates are encouraged to apply.
