What You'll LoveTotal Compensation- Approximately $98,000-$112,000 total annual compensation
(Hourly pay + tiered incentives + signing bonus or student loan repayment + CEU reimbursement) - $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do- Provide exceptional care in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by supervising PTs
- Deliver hands-on manual and functional therapy
- Support pre/post-operative rehab, chronic/acute rehab, sports rehab, and return-to-work programs
- Collaborate with your clinical team to optimize care
- Use a modern, streamlined EMR to document, track, and report clinical progress
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and payer requirements
