What Your Day Might Look Like- Schedule visits directly with patients
- Provide physical therapy services in the home setting
- Document patient progress and communicate with your supervising PT
- Support patients through recovery and functional improvement

Pay & Flexibility- $35-$42 per visit (based on experience)
- Weekly pay
- Flexible scheduling (PRN, part-time, or full-time options)
- Lubbock, TX and surrounding areas
What You Bring- Active Texas PTA license
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered mindset
- Compassion for delivering quality in-home care
