  • Hours: 8:00-4:30pm
About the Role
Hello PTs! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Medford, OR area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. This PT will be working in the Early Intervention setting with birth-3 year olds!

About the District
  • Multidisciplinary Primary Service Provider model
  • Average caseload of 20 students
  • Weekly Team Meetings and a Supportive Leadership Team

What You'll Do
  • Provide physical therapy services in the school setting
  • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
  • Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
  • Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Active Oregon PT License
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
