About the Role Hello PTs! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Medford, OR area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. This PT will be working in the Early Intervention setting with birth-3 year olds!
About the District - Multidisciplinary Primary Service Provider model
- Average caseload of 20 students
- Weekly Team Meetings and a Supportive Leadership Team
What You'll Do - Provide physical therapy services in the school setting
- Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For - Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Oregon PT License
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
