Full Job Description
Position Overview:
  • Full-time Physical Therapist located in Monticello, MN.
  • Rate of pay: $40 - $45/hr. DOE
  • New grads welcome
  • Projected hours of 30/week or more. Part-time considered
  • Team of 3PT's, 1 PTA, 1 OT and 1 SLP in welcoming and fun environment
  • NEW DEPARTMENT INCOMING in 2027
  • This position is sign-on bonus or student loan (or both) eligible!
  • Skilled Nursing (SNF) setting
  • Located 31 miles from St. Cloud & 25 miles from Maple Grove
  • Drive opposite of the Twin Cities commuters on a daily basis
  • Beautiful Monticello - Monticello Chamber

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients
  • Complete documentation
  • Plan, market and develop new programs
  • Communicate with patients, patients' families and physicians and staff
  • Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
  • Assist in the general operation of the department

Physical Therapist Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Master's degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
  • Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
  • Possess or be eligible for state licensure
