Overview

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Physical Therapist position.

 

  • In-house program within a welcoming, slower-paced community environment that delivers holistic care with a strong focus on prevention
  • Salary with 75% productivity benchmarks
  • No mandated group treatment
  • Specialized on-site training delivered during paid work hours, some sessions eligible for CEUs

In this role, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
  • Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)
