Position Overview
POD Health is seeking a full-time licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through our fully remote telehealth platform. This role is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable leveraging technology to assess, treat, and educate patients across a variety of musculoskeletal and functional conditions. You will play a key role in improving patient mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life-while helping shape the future of virtual rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual physical therapy evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide real-time telehealth therapy sessions, including guided exercises and patient education
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams (providers, care coordinators, RPM teams)
- Document all patient interactions accurately and timely within the EMR
- Support patients with chronic conditions through ongoing engagement and care planning
- Educate patients on injury prevention, mobility, and wellness strategies
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and HIPAA requirements
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in New York (multi-state licensure a plus, especially in Florida and/or Colorado)
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience (outpatient, orthopedic, or rehab preferred)
- Experience or interest in telehealth/virtual care delivery
- Strong clinical assessment and patient engagement skills
- Comfortable using digital tools, EMRs, and telehealth platforms
- Excellent communication and bedside manner in a virtual environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) or Chronic Care Management (CCM)
- Multi-state licensure or willingness to obtain additional licenses
- Bilingual skills (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Russian a huge plus)
- Experience working with diverse or underserved populations

Compensation
- $85,000 - $110,000 annually (based on experience)
