Full Job Description
Here's the Gist: The primary focus of this position is manufacturing engineering of photolithography process and equipment in Wolfspeed's state of the art, 200mm automated SiC Wafer Fab. The engineering team is expected to sustain and develop processes and equipment to provide consistent device performance, yield, and quality, while also partnering with product engineering and R&D to ensure effective new product and process introductions. A successful candidate will join a group focused on improving cycle time, tool availability, process/product yield, and drive cost reductions in the photolithography module. The Day-to-Day • Analyze data using sound statistical methodology to drive process, efficiency, and quality improvements. • Establish relationships across various departments to drive cohesive learning and cross functional problem solving. • Facilitate and own efforts to drive best in class performance, yield, and quality. • Present technical data and project updates to peers and management in both casual and formal environment. This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements): • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Equivalent • Demonstrated hands-on experience in Photolithography process development and sustaining in HVM and advanced patterning techniques. • Working knowledge of applied statistics (SPC/DOE). • Able to work a Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday, Day Schedule (8hrs) This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management. The posted salary range is what Wolfspeed reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual's job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors. In the event it is determined that a different job level upon hire is warranted then that range will be communicated to the hired applicant as soon as reasonably practicable. Compensation Range: $81,000.00 - $111,000.00
