About the Position: Pharmacy Team LeadFirst-level supervisory Pharmacist accountable for planning, organizing, and directing pharmaceutical activities in an institutional pharmacy or in serving as a supervisory Pharmacist in a department or agency. Jobs at this level have responsibility for the direction of a pharmaceutical program or a department within a large pharmaceutical operation. Employee supervision includes hire recommendations; training; work planning, assignments, and review; and performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline. Supervision at this level also requires these employees to have the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen.
