Job Details This role is in support of Cencora's patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada marketed through our Innomar Strategies business.
Responsibilities:Actual duties and responsibilities may vary based on business needs, local requirements, and operational practices. - Supervises performance against operating metrics, reassigns tasks, and resolves routine issues to sustain delivery reliability.
- Ensures adherence to standard operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards; escalates exceptions per defined thresholds.
- Maintains compliance with safety, privacy/security, and documentation standards while reinforcing required training and practices.
- Implements small-scale process and tool improvements using established methods and validates outcomes with defined metrics.
- Administers people management activities including onboarding, coaching, performance tracking, and documentation in line with organizational practices.
- Communicates status updates, service expectations, and workflow dependencies to team members and stakeholders.
Education:- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, life sciences, pharmacy technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:- 3+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy operations, pharmacy support, medication access, reimbursement, fulfillment, or a related healthcare operations environment required.
- Less than 2 years of experience in a management capacity preferred.
Certifications:- Certification in pharmacy technician support, pharmacy operations support, or equivalent preferred.
